Why does my ticket say pending?

Tickets are marked as ‘fulfilled’ in our system once we check you off at the door. This system is in place to ensure people aren’t re-using tickets - however if you are unable to attend, the order will be marked as fulfilled once the event has finished. Please note tickets are non-refundable. No physical or digital ticket is issued, through purchasing a ticket you are automatically added to the guestlist and checked in at the door.

Is this event 18+?

This event is open to everyone and designed to be family-friendly! However please note that our bar operates under the Challenge 25 policy, and all minors (under 16) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
