Early Bird: Access anytime, but tickets are limited and sell out quickly.

Before 6PM Entry: Cheaper ticket option for entry during the quieter hours. Must arrive and join the queue before 6 PM, otherwise there’s an additional £5 entry fee at the door. Great option for those who want to shop the market before it gets busy.

General Admission: Enter at any time during the event.

Final Sale: Last-chance tickets with anytime access.

Why does my ticket say pending?

Tickets are marked as ‘fulfilled’ in our system once we check you off at the door. This system is in place to ensure people aren’t re-using tickets - however if you are unable to attend, the order will be marked as fulfilled once the event has finished. Please note tickets are non-refundable. No physical or digital ticket is issued, through purchasing a ticket you are automatically added to the guestlist and checked in at the door.

Is this event 18+?

This event is open to everyone and designed to be family-friendly! However please note that our bar operates under the Challenge 25 policy, and all minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

I can no longer make it - can I get a refund?

As with any concert, festival, club night or similar event, we do not provide refunds for no-shows or unused tickets. We truly regret any inconvenience this may cause but must uphold our refund policy to ensure fairness for all attendees. We kindly ask for your understanding and support of this policy as a small independent business.
